Its part of some agreement they have, due to the fact that FIFA have bought the rights to basically all the licences, PES is only allowed a maximum of 2 English teams, and we know for a fact that Liverpool will be licenced in 2010, For me, I think the other should remain Man Utd (Unless the new kit I saw was for real and not some horrid joke of course). Although I think they could easily get round this by adding more Kit templates, templates which are dependent on the manufacturers, I reckon they could easily get licences for these.

it would be great to see top four licensed every year (this year at least) , also i would like to see ALL national teams licensed and ALL la liga teams licensed every year so that means we only have to edit premierleague teams

Seriously, we should ask for a copy of the licensing agreement and make it pop up every time the words 'why', 'more', 'EPL', 'kits' or 'licence' are typed in the same post.

I'd like to see Unirea Urziceni, FC Timişoara (if they qualify to UCL) & Steaua Bucureşti (all three from Romania). From England I'd like to see either Chelsea or Man Utd.

Very true, i edited a classic 90's OF and created old jerseys, but Liverpool and Utd still had their 09 jerseys, kinda ruins it!!
Wouldn't be too pushed about licenses, no doubt there'll be some crackin OF's out there again nxt year!
