I would say that the following nationals are needed:

Europe: Latvia, Bosnia, Albania, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Macedonia, Iceland, Belarus.

Africa: Ivory Coast, Mali, Guinea, Ghana, Algeria, Congo

Americas: Canada, Honduras, Bolivia.

Asia/Australasia: New Zealand, Thailand, UAE, Qatar.

However, looks like we will only get 5 or 6 new teams so yet another disappointment from Konami.

well seeing as WE8 has all of the english premiership teams from last season (for the obsessive people, you could always replace leeds, leicester and wolves with WBA, palace and norwich) and there are full licenses (all teams) for holland, spain and italy, it appears pretty certain that pes4 will include those teams too.

i want to see some club teams from africa, asia doesn't have to be much, just a couple of teams here and there, they won't have probs with the licenses thats for sure

They didn't buy the rights. They bought the rights for Serie A, Erdiverse and La Liga, but not the Premiership. Probably the FA's fault, trying to make too much money out of it. They get involved in everything.

The team that have to be in future PES/WE titles is Rosenborg! Rosenborg is a great team! Also FC København, IFK Gøteborg, AIK, Maccabi Haifa, Shaktar, Club Brugge, Austria Wien, and so on.
Many many More team or at least more open slots, then we can make the teams we want . That's a lot of hard work though!
