How to add these missing teams to an existing option file like paul's option file? I just want to complete missing CL teams for ML. Thank you.

and what about Europa League missing teams ?

for example, Celtic, Steaua Bucarest, FC Bruges, Dinamo Moscou, Dnipro, etc...

Nobody made kits for these Europa league missing teams ?
