Technical question

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster.

I am getting a new PC, but would like to be able to still play with my current master league team on it.

Is there a way I can transfer my saved ML files to my new computer so I can play with my current team when I get the new PC?

Cheers,

I like your definition of "technical" :D

Yes, it is possible, and quite easy actually. Just go to...

"C:\Users\(Your_User_Name)\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2015\save"

and copy the "ML xx.bin" files. If you saved your ML in the first saving spot the file will be named "ML 01.bin".

For all matters, these are the files that exist in the "save" folder:
BL - Become a Legend
CL - UCL Championship
Coach - Appearance image that shows in ML
Edit - The global "Edit Mode" file. Everything you change there will be saved here
Replay - Highlights saved

And a few more I don't know

Cheers, but I still have a problem.

So I copied my 3 ML .bat save files.

On my new install of PES there was no save folder (presuming because nothing was actually saved yet) so I created one and put the .bat files into it, but when I went to load my ML it said no saved files found.

So I fired up a new ML and saved it, but I cannot find the file anywhere, even though it was saved. Is there anywhere else it would go?

Yeah, I forgot that part, the game only creates the folders in Documents after being open and something done in it, like an Exhibition match. After this you can copy the older ML.bin files to their place.

To avoid further problems: assuming you still have a backup of your old ML files, go to the new computer's Documents folder and delete the KONAMI folder. Now start the game and play a match, or go to Edit mode and change something. Save and quit. Go to the Documents folder. There should be a KONAMI folder, and a Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 folder inside it. Then go to Save and copy your ML files there.

This should work

In Windows 7 32bit the path is Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2015\save. You can open Documents by click on the icon on Desktop.
The path should be similar on other OS.

Lets get this sorted out. Let us know which OS your new PC runs on and someone with that OS will tell you exactly where to locate the documents or Konami folder.
