Hi everybody, i'm new on this forum so first of all i'll introduce myself.

I'm Weedens, a PES YouTuber and i take my entire time to make tutorials, good creative videos and goals compilation !

I tried it a few times during a online match i was winning yesterday it didn't work....

do we have to hold down the R1 button first and then try to flick the ball diagonally in the diagonal direction or we have to told down R1 and diagonal upwards/downwards exactly at the same time?

Also the player won't move around a bit if you move the directional stick? (since you mentioned that player should be immobile)

You have to hold the R1 button + the left stick diagonally at the same time, and wait ! If you player does the flick, this is good. If he doesn't, it's because the gap beetween your player and the opponent wasn't good or you player wasn't immobile.

The player won't move around even if you hold down the directional stick !

Oh so there always has to be a defender holding down our attacker from the rear?
