The console battle edges closer in SA

PS3 out November 06!!!

Woo hoo.....these ads where placed in one of our magazines.
Is it possible that PS3 is out as soon as November 2006.... I thought it was only comin' March 2007 in the UK, which is usually a month later here in SA....what gives?

Well seing as the 360 ad says the next generation of video gaming and entertainment will soon be here.. And if the xbox 360 isn't out yet according to your magazine how come I have one, and many millions more have been sold?

And it's been confirmed on major sites that PS3 isn't coming out in europe till March, so try and get that into your head so your not upset when it doesn't come out in November.

I live in south africa everything is slightly delayed (I have to wait for pes 6 a month after u get yours)

Which is why I don't get it. I don't think they would advertise it if they weren't sure. call me an optimist.

Try to buy it online. That's better than waiting its release in your country. You have the same problem as mine.........

bummer...made a couple of calls monday morning turns out the mag was printed before the news of the delay. Which might be better cos the price is around 5grand!!! xbox 360 will be released end of this week for a very reasonable R3500. CNA says they will be getting pes6, 21 days after UK release, musica says 1 month.
