Isn't it funny how the "old lino" is spot on all the time? He's like a "robot" - anywho he got one seriously wrong for me and poor Owen Hargreaves. Scenario: Corner Kick, opponents full backs on both posts. Ball comes in, touch of a deflection and makes it way to Anderson's head on the edge of the box. Now fair play to Taylor (of Boro) for moving out but his other compatriot Julio Arca refused to budge from the far post as Anderson heads the ball back in to Hargreaves path, who is standing just between the penalty spot and the GK, he turns to shoot and slot a nice ball home. 1-0. But wait...the linesman is flagging...he's...he's ruling offside!!! I'm guessing Julio, the wise old fox hide behind the goal post? Nevertheless, Owen was at least 2 yards onside. I am not happy. It's happened to me a few times, but i've had it go the otherway aswell, i was clearly offside and i was free to just knock it in the baack of the net
