The Magic Boots issue

The magic boots in ML as you all realize is a bit ridicilous, but now that I think about it its also unrealistic and makes player stats a bit meaningless because boots add stats which means that the AI players who will have different boots will have various buffs to their stats making the players better than they are in real life ( since the player stats represent how good some players are already hence the boots buffing stats make them better as they should be ).

So this seems to open some problems, what do you guys think about this issue?

I agree that it's a bit stupid (edit; VERY stupid) for ML, but it's working great for BAL to be honest. Finally something sensible to spend your income on, and a motivation to strive for bigger clubs and more wages.

Previously I had no problem playing for any medium or small club my entire career, this year I am already tempted to go for a CL club asap.

does everyone have black boots on BAL or just your player ?

So we only have exhibition matches and CL in offline without the boots crap. This sux. Still no news yet on MLO
R they deliberately trying to disappoint ppl? It's as if they're scared to make a good overall game.

That's not my impression so far... I wouldn't say they're fantastic either, but I'm playing in a small Brazilian club so I didn't expect them to be awesome either.

I like the boots for BAL because you have to earn them unlike before. But what I hate is that OTHER players all wear black boots. Do you think the AI is smart enough to purchase boots? or unlock achievements like us to unlock boots? I dont think so, you 'll be probably seeing AI wear black boots your WHOLE career.

The AI should have normal boots and only your own player starts with black boots.

Not to be disrespectful, but really?!?

I have played BAL more than Master League consecutive years since PES 2009, and the AI is top notch in this game, they create chances on their own and actually finish them. Unlike in 2012 where they would fail to even hit the target.

Btw, what position do you play? I play CM and thats probably why I see it differently to you.
