I have been very frustrated by this team!
Thought that it was worth starting a new masterleague in division 2 with the original team. So off I plod to lay down a decent formation with the cracking Castolo and magnificent Minanda looking promising players, mixed with the youth of Ruskin and Fouque. As well as the experianced set plays of Jaric and the pace of Macco and Ximilez. This team looked like one that could get promoted and do well.
Setting the difficulty to Top Player as always I began.
Reality Hit Me !
With the terrible slow players all over, it seamed impossible to break down the [should not have been, but formidable] Feyenoord defence. As Drenthe celebrated his winner, I realised that this team was utter bollocks. I needed to pick up a few points till negotiations to see me through the season. With Macca being one of very few bright lights his powerful running earnt me a penalty of which jaric pummeled home.
Few draws and losses and one win! =]
Signed a few players in negotiations: french wonderkids: Nasri and Matuidi and Mathieu. And Elmander and Barnetta from elsewhere. I had the stem of a team.
basically this completely pointless post is to say, I now love starting with this original team. although I am 4 seasons in now, the team in my sig is the best possible formation. I still start with at least 4 ML originals, and subbing in other players, I like doing it =]

Anyone Else Use Them,a nd felt extactic over a rare win in the first season?
