I copied the content of .._i.img folders to .._e.folders and everything is great except for the fact that all the texts are now in Italian... However, if I dont copy the folders then I dont get any improvments included in the patch. Is there any solution to my problem? Is it possible to apply the "perfect" patch and still have English language?
