North American Cup & South American Cup are Cup of National Team
North American Cup: CONCACAF Gold Cup
South American Cup: Copa América (CONMEBOL)
International Cup is FIFA World Cup

Sorry mate, I uploaded the file, linked it and then deleted it rather than the old one. Same goes for 1.3 compatible version. :blush:
Edit: OK, both links fixed now.

But there is still a but ...
when I hit the link it takes me into the d/ld page with file info and DOWNLOAD button, but when I hit the button to Download the file it says ....
