Does anyone able to sign Ronaldinho? He has no star.

I am playing with Juve and 10. at the Wefa rankings(Barcelona is 8.) and I can't sign him.I offer 2000 to him and 25000 to club but the answer always no....

I once offered 30000 for a 17 year old that was bought by Bologna and he had 1 star, they rejected, good luck trying to get Ronaldinho, Henry also usually has 0 stars

and Raul07, have you throughly checked your calender? you won't get champions league games at the start of the season because you already qualify for group stages, you won't start CL games for a while

can anybody tell me if the eropean games are played at night now,or are they played still during the day,and do we get various weather conditions on the league games.also can anybody tell me the master league set up.how many teams in div1 and div2?? thank you

what i mean is when you qualify for europe during master league,are the wefa games played at night??just like the real thing

im now ranked 10th ... dont find it any easier to sign most players though.. still 2 stars/1stars for the outstanding players

can u set the transfer difficulty in ML easier just like u can in WE7?

no, u can't set the transfer difficulties, and when u try to sign a player, press the right button and see how many stars they have, e.g. 3 stars are the most easiest to get. When a player got no stars, it will be close to impossible to get them no matter how much $$ u offered. BTW I am playing ML with a team i created, and i used 3 players to swap for Solskjaer (dunno i spelled correctly or not) my strategics are buying young players adn train them up

Forgot to ask, i was 40th in the WEFA ranking, but i dropped to 47th although i won all the games i played between the updates of the WEFA rankings, do anyone have any idea what happened?

I just started ML again with AC Milan(with costelo and co.),the firs time i started i was bankrupt cus i got KAKA and SEEDORF after the negotiation it was GAME OVER.How can i check what player i can buy and when im gonna be bankrupt?
I only have those japanese players (KUBO and some,great players and dont cost much) but do i have to get in a higher division to buy bigger players?
I dont realy understand the points and salary and things.I waned to buy STAM that was very cheap,but i dont think i can afford to get him cus i cant pay his salary or something,maybe i will get bankrupt again.Some times there is a BLUE mark where the team mony is(or points) but now i see RED,does that mean i have to earn more money then buy player??

The value of the wages you have to pay is shown in the top right. The amount of money you have is shown just above that. So if the top value is red, you're below what you need to have and so you should sell someone soon or it will be game over. You pay all the wages at the end of the season. Blue is safe.

I do my ML with a created team and start with all the shitty players - castolo, celnili etc

I've bought Reyes, Okocha, Sorin, Pauleta, Olembe and Hedman so far and have just started my first season since getting promoted.

Does anyone know a way of selling players? On pes3 I used to sell everyone I could but now I can only just about afford one player per transfer window.

Could someone with WE8 please explain the set up of the Master League. I heard that they have stuck to the 16 teams in Div1 and 8 in division 2, this would be a disappointment considering the amount of teams available.

I would like to know that too...

Div 2 = 8 teams.
Div 1 = 16 teams.

But you can choose which teams go into each league.
Although it seems you can't choose which league you get promoted into... at least I didn't...

So, in reference to the set up of the master league, if there are 138 (or whatever) teams in the new game, what happens to the teams that are not included in the 4 leagues when you start, do a lot of them just get left out? Do they then buy and sell players?
4 leagues of 20 Div 1 and 12 Div 2 would have been perfect, but I'll reserve judgement till I get a crack at it.
One more thing, is the slow down definately going to be fixed for Pro EVO 4???

Sorry, another quiclie: Is the computer better at attacking, cause at this stage with Pro Evo 3 I'm playing in the top leagues with average to poor players and always managing to draw or win cause the COM team cant score even when they really should hit the target
