I've updated every transfer for teams in the game. Some transactions such as player release to no club or a substitution to a team outside of the game I haven't completed but all transfers between existing teams in the game have been updated and are current to July 14th.

If anybody wants to work further on my option files, please go ahead and do so as this will be my last release for WE7:I & PES3.
