I think your Ajax should be 1972 rather than 1966... The best teams around that time were Manchester United and Inter Milan. The Ajax that would be the Orange Team base wouldn't be formed until a while later, with their first great test being the 1969 European Cup final against Milan.
Also, Santos should be 1962 rather than 1968, and Juve should be 1985 rather than 1982 (because they were European champions in '85). Those little factual errors aside, this is a good list (especially for you having actually remembered Torino... These football game makers seem to have a memory that only goes as far as the 90s when it comes to classic football).
Other than that, let's see who else I'd include...

* 1989 Napoli
* 1940s or 1986 River Plate
* 1966 Peñarol
* 1992 São Paulo
* 2006 Al-Ahly (Egypt - they got to 4 Champions League finals between 2005 and 2008 and lost only one)
* 1970 Estudiantes de La Plata (three Libertadores in a row)
* 1981 Flamengo (Libertadores champion, beat Dalglish's Liverpool in Japan and won three Brazilian Championships with the same base team)
*1971 Cruz Azul (five times Mexican champion and three times North American champion in a row)

Also, if you count teams that are already in the list:

And right now, that's all, I guess.
