This is the worst PES i have ever played since winning eleven 6!!!!

The frame rates has dropped dramatically when i play online... and I was thinking if I play in the master league it would be different and how wrong was I... every two or three matches the frame would drop... And Since I've bought the game on thursday night in gamestation... my screen have frozed a total of 4 times!!! and it is not my system as I've just bought a new one two months ago... and it doesn't happen when I play lost planet (Bad laggy game)... and the ball sometime decides to appear like a couple of feet away from the line of the ball when I pass... And dont even get me started with the defending functions!!! Oh my god I know the computer suppose to be clever and that... but oh my days have they been set up to win the ball all the time... I was only playing on setting regular... and every single god damn time I put a tackle into the opposition player the ball seems to bounce back to their feet and I will be the one on the floor trying to get up... it's bad enough the COM teamates pressure might aswell not be there!!! the pressure button doesn't even put the feet in for the ball... Its either something wrong with the functions or its the referee coz it seems like the referee likes to give out red cards when you go in for the slide!!!... I got given a bloody marching order because I went in for the slide from the front and the player lost balance... SeaBass you really need to get the game sorted out mate... Most of us really dont give a damn how long we have to wait for the next version of PES coz every single one that came out was great fun!!! we never get bored of it!!! but this time SeaBass you have rushed it just a little bit too soon!!!

3. Players movement are not as smooth as PES6
4. Screen froze due to incomplete frame rates
5. Still no real team and player names
6. players seems to overun when going in for the tackle or chasing down on a player with ball

My final verdict on this game = Sucks!!!
I will stick to my PES6 for another year than k you very mush Mr.SeaBass!!!

Well iv played 50+ matches and i havent had any slowdown during gameplay and its never frooze. Yes online is very laggy but so was pes6 when it came out, so hopfully that will get sorted.

i personally think its the best pes yet i persoanly think that the A.I is amasing because it feel like they think before they pass the ball around, they close you down n work as a team.
only one bad thing i have to say and thats sometimes the shooting can get bit low like all i wanna do is one on one with keeper just place it round him but sometimes they go for power instead.

I play 2008 on 360 and think it's good.No probs as of yet.I only tried Regular difficullty and it's a bit easy although I have been able to pull off some good moves and have scored some good goals.

I agree with yas this is a poor let down to a good franchise of games. Is it me or is the pitch 4 times longer everytime u turn there is 4 defenders rite in front ov ya.

Its harder to score which is better the goal keepers hardley ever catch the ball the just pust it away.

When you cross the ball it never goes to a player in the box its all ways the one on the outside even when u double tap the cross button.

The Lag on Xbox live really does need to be sorted out and quick cus the players are jumpin every where the decisons are late?

I hate to say this call me old but i dnt like this change one bit bring back pro evo 6

playing the game on the 360 and this is by far the best pes ever made. It is a big improvement on last years game and the gameplay is very rewarding playing on top player. I havent noticed any slowdown and i dont play online so i cant comment on that. The graphics and player models(especially the kit models are beautiful). I'm also happy the basic edit funtions are back too and for me the game has surpassed my expectations. The game recreates the feeling of a football match wonderfully and i love the way you have to be acute with your passing and the game forces you to experiment with the style of football you play, althogu at times shooting from distance can be easy but this is not always the case.

I think you all need to calm down. PES wasnt so great on the PS2 six years ago and no doubt this is konamis first outing in the next gens.
It will improve year by year like what we have seen from 2-6.

My opinion the best PES i played so far.

Without even touching on the lack of innovation within the menu and options, online lag.. ect...ect...(which i also felt flawed PES6) its difficult to for me to recommend this game if you have a PS3, the frame rate is so bad.. replays are unwatchable and it also pops up frequently during gameplay which i find has lost a lot of depth and atmosphere.
And why should it matter what kind of TV you have??, whats that about?
How can they release an unfinished game that barely manages to stutter along?, its almost criminal...
I'm trying to were blinkers because i love this game so much over the years but its hard to ignore and even harder to accept.
I've been playing since the early ISS days and PES had been my staple game for the last 8-9 years... the biggest reason why i game at all..
I'm usually in the shop at midnight on the release date but this year for the first time ever i rented the game given a bit of a let down with the options in PES6.. and i'm glad i did as it pains me to say i don't think i'll be buying PES this year (nor fifa as its worse and i'd rather suck Satans c@*k).....
I feel this is a bad deal for PS3 owners and i know i expect more from my console and Konami who have given us this half arsed approach yet again!.....so i'll wait to see if there's a foreign release later in the year with the bugs ironed out.. who knows..
I'm just really annoyed that for the first time ever i'll not be playing a proper footie game this crimbo while having a few beers.

I have played the PS3 version, and I really really enjoy it! You can play beautiful football, pass the ball around brilliantly, create great chanes by playing that one killah ball! The game is brilliant and I am enjoying it, so personally id like to congratulate Konami on another triumphant game!

yes, it is too laggy when you pass the ball to a far player..
camera try to catch up with the ball but it seems never happen.

it is unacceptable...because they can find out the problem when they do QA. but they ignore it and release it because fifa2008 already in the market..it is like ROD on xbox360...

fan's belief is traded of for money again...because they know pes fan never leave the game...but is it fair for the fans...?
I let you guys answer it yourself...
for me by ps3 499usd, by the game 60 usd...to play pes...then too laggy...will you be happy in my situation..?
