Tournament cheating

Can someone please make an official complaint to Konami about the cheating in MLO tournaments?

(sorry, I don´t use twitter, facebook etc and it seems thats the only way to approach them)

Too often people are disconnecting or doing something to extremely worsen the connection and automatically be awarded the win.

Just now it happened again against someone I´m 99% sure does it all the time. His gamertag is eLaNtO360, plays on the 360 version. Watch out for this guy, make sure you report him if the connection is broken.

His connection ball is completely deflated, clearly indicating he quits way too often. He has 2000+ games played and a ridiculous record in tournaments. In div 3 manager tournaments for example, he has made the KO round 27 times and won it 9 times.
In the first KO round, I won my match very quickly (barely any replays/time wasting) yet when I checked the other match results he was already done with his game but there wasn´t a score. Same happened in the quarter finals. I got matches up with him in the semis and right after kick off the connection is broken and he is awarded the win.

THIS HAS TO STOP!

An easy way of improving the situation is banning players with a deflated connection ball from entering tournaments for a few days. At least that way they get punished for quitting. Ideally, Konami would just change their "investigation" methods that automatically award the win to the other guy all the time.

Rant over.

the only problem with konami banning people is there are a large number of people who genuinely have a cxn problem where they disconected regurarly through no fault of thier own. konami need to work out a fairer way to award results etc, because ive had a number of games where i have been winning 2/3 nil with a couple of mins to go and end up with a cxn lost message and lose the game 3-0. this has cost me so much competion money and ranking points. i swear im a good 200-300 ranking points own because of it. Before konami do anything to anybody the need to improve the servers so that people get 3 bar cxns instead of the 1 red bar where nearly all games are ubstable and have a risk of crashing.

In my opinion, anyone with a dodgy internet connection just shouldn't be allowed to join the tournaments until your connection ball has inflated again. If you're dropping out of hundreds of matches (because of your own bad internet connection) then tough luck.

It'd be an easy fix.

your missing my point mate, every time my cxn has gone i have ended with a 3-0 loss, and anybody that quits mid game gets a loss as well. the real problem is with wankers who deliberatly cheat in comps. besides konami need to use dedicated servers to help people with the cxn issues. its only pes11 that my cxn has a problem with pes 10 was fine, black ops no problems etc. the only real way to punish the cheats is to completely reset the mlo and take out the remaining bugs.
