Is it just me, or can you no longer enter into trade negotiations for transfers? :crymore:

Does it work the same as in the previous games, where you can select who you want to purchase, then specify who you're willing to offer from your team as part of the transer?

This new tranfer system is bogus. Konami has remove the power from ouw hands and confind us just they way FIFA use to. I was deeply disappointed in the new transfer set up. I miss when we could control how the negotations were. The scout, even if you have a level 5, can't come to an agreement with the other team for weeks. By then the transfer window is closed.

This is exactly what I was wanting to know in the thread I started as well. This is shocking, in PES09 we could offer as much money as we had upfront to seal the deal, now we have to rely on the scout ?! Then we have to actually offer transfer fees ? This is rubbish !!
