Transfer Budget issue

I just finished my first season as Sochaux in league 2. Got promoted but was given no transfer budget except my gate earnings and league champion earnings which isn't enough. Is anyone having this issue. Isn't the club supposed to give the coach transfer budget besides gate earnings and money from winnings? I can't even buy players I want. My strategy is to buy top young talent ages 16 - 20, adding some 21 or 22 yrs old in the mix that I like. Never been a fan of buying start players. Always start ML with lower league teams whose jersey I like using their original line up then adding young players that I scouted. Any idea with this money issue

I believe thats the only money source + from your own players that you sell. Almost all Ligue 2 clubs have very low budget, Sochaux had a difficult summer, so there are problems with money for them too. Even if they promoted to Ligue 1, probably there wouldnt be a bigger transfer budget. So, its pretty realistic. Oh, and dont forget 70% tax rate in France, which makes clubs even poorer. Afcorse, it has nothing to do with the game, but sometimes by using a bit of fantasy helps. Like in old good PES days. :)

This is why PES ML should incorporate some form of outside money injection. Fifa has the random event where a billionaire decides to buy your club and inject a lot of cash.
Perhaps PES could have a money lending system, where you can take on loans, like in real life, with interest payments, and the risk of bankruptcy. Currently, ML's finances feel really bland.

I agree with you. The lack of money source makes the transfer market dull. I have played two seasons and I still have money problems. There is not much you can do but play the games, it gets boring after a while. I have stopped playing ML and turn to be a legend. At least globe trotting will keep it fresh. I'm starting in Asia, then South America to play in the Brazilian League, then Europe to play in France and Spain before joining Arsenal where I'll retired.
