Normally i will set my transer frequently to low when i play in master league mode. So that no ridiculars transfer will happen during the off seasson. But if you set the transfer frequently to low, we will have problem in buying player, no matter what class you are or won all the competitions. Although the club accept our offer, but the player himself never wanna join yur team....herdict....
But last night i can't patient again when come to the off seasson, i would like strenghten my team ( i'm using chelsea in second season). Then i'm offer to arshavin and john lennon( i know it will dificult coz the percentage% of both player lower than 15%)....... both club accept my offer, but this both player never want to come to my team, even i'm try and try so many times......Then what to do??? I exit the game without save the game. Go to the edit menu and change both player position to " GK". Then i load the ML save game and check percentage of both player.....wow, is increase to 26%( lennon) and 40%(arshavin).
Then i try again... this time both club still accept my offer.........Lennon still refuse and reject my offer but arshavin put my offer on hold because of some competition along with my team (chelsea have fews very good GK), nevermine i'm increase the salary to 3000....finally he (arshavin) joned my team...... But how about lennon.......i saved the game and go to edit mode again...and change all the teamate positions (tottenham) to GK.....then load game again.....WOW....lennon transfer percentage increase to 45%...then offer to his club again...finally he joined my team with salary 2000per year......
Actually, what we need to do, is just increase the pressure of the player in their way fighting to their own position...they will choose to leave if have too many players having the same position in one team...unless he played in first eleven......
