Transfer help

I am currently with Real Madrid in my 6th season and am unsure weather to leave because they never start me and when they bring me on I score like 2 goals I still cant get the manager to start me so when I got to the transfers I was unsure weather to leave or to stay because Madrid are a world class team but they never play me and I am getting offers from teams like Inter and Barce but just am not sure what to do I need help please
