Transfers Missing

When does the first update normally come out? Not sure whether to wait either. There's an awful lot not done - back to July I think.

Just found out that by release day kits etc. will be updated.
More DLC will be released near the end of October, including transfers, stadiums, equipment and online features.
I don't think you can wait 4 weeks for the transfers, might as well do it yourself. Due to the large amount of transfers, it's probably best to go though club by club and see who is and isn't on Wikipedia/creation threads.
My question - does DLC overwrite edit data? Do updates? Can it be avoided?

This is actually great news Guys!
Because this means players like van der vaart and Luuk de jong are still in game!
What you have to do is base copy them to a created player. This way you will end up with a duplicate. The original will be deleted by the update. You can do this with all player that will be gone after the update.
So we really need this list to keep track of all the players we need to base-copy

He could copy them (VdV and De Jong) on the fake NT players, or not?

That's not what I would recommend because some updates messed with the national teams in the past. Don't know what others have found out about this? It might just work but I know for a fact that the created players will never be messed with. that's why I choose to be sure and copy them to there and then replace the fake player.

I think it's nearly all of them! Liverpool for example still have Bellamy and Maxi. You might as well just use the spoilered transfer ins and outs on the club creation posts.
Do both game updates and DLC overwrite stuff like edited attributes, kits or stadiums for example?

I would say it's pretty safe to do as the only time NT's have been updated is before the last World Cup, but you could always BC into the created section to start with, then after the DLC copy over the NT fake.
