Transparetn ball, any ideas?

I tried to import a ball, using the pic attatched, but it turns out transparent. I turned the BMP into a tex.bin but it's transparent.

Any ideas?

u gota click on F2 in WE picture decoder and then click on set opaque

Thanks man, one problem though. Since it's set as opaque, so's the bright green that's supposed to be transparent. Any ideas?
