Try This

When taking freekicks from any position hold on to square until the power goes up to to the halfway bar then hold on to triangle>
Sorry if you no this its just a good technique i have for scoring freekicks and i thought it could be helpful.
Tell me if it works for you.

its similar but i score more with this. IMO it is best to try this with lampard or gerrard but it works with most people

Heres another tip when you cross press [] when the powr guage is still on because it will give a cross you are more likely to get your head onto and if you do the samething with triange it gives a cross you can more easily to volley

I use triangle all the time, just after i'm shooting or crossing its very effective!

I use up and tiangle used it twice today with adriano in my ml and scored 2 amazing freekicks from 35yds lots of dip and plenty of power.
