Nice to see you started a thread, to share this knowledges with everyone.

In a couple of days I will release videos how to convert the edit data version and how to convert the version of export files.

I will post them here mate :)

Cool, that's perfect pal. It's great that we can do this, and it's HIGHLY likely to work for Pes 2014 as well which is amazing.

thanks for the answer I will look at this. At this rate I may not even do an option file then and just use WENB option// file and convert it to BLUS

or are you planning on converting the wenb file for us US users?

I will probably be too busy with my own option file mate, not decided if I want to do it on Xbox or Ps3, but if I am making a ps3 file myself I'll look to get it working on BLUS.

At the very least I will be looking to getting Paul2478's option file working on every region. If Wenb do approach me about it though I'm open to seeing if I can help them.

was just checking. I am unsure whether I want to do an option file or not this year...its sooooooooooooooooooo much work

It is a lot of work to be fair yes and it's like 5 times the work of Pes 2013 this year with all the extra leagues and everything. Do want you feels right the abilty to convert is there and I know I was even able to convert a BLUS edit folder to BLES without needing the PC tools last year and just by copying the Data.bin, the icon, and the param like I showed in the video.
