Ultimate North America Option File?

Is there an Option File out there that works a North American PS3 and is as good as the Von Option File?

Ok i guess no one wants to say anything....on the FIFA 09 or 10 forum i would have an answer in 15 seconds...no offense..

Just read the file descriptions for each OF. There is basically Shadys and my own. FYI complaining about not getting a response generally won't get you one. No matter how "fast" the Fifa forums may be. In 15 seconds you could have easily read the OF descriptions to either of the files, no offense.
