Unable to buy Inter' players without clubs?

ML doesn't allow us to buy International players without a club. Is that true?

haven't tried it myself but thats what it sounds like, i hope it's not true though, but maybe this is how konami are restricting transfers to stop the player a, b, c from flooding the transfer market

A weird decision not to include clubless players as free agents. Restrictions UTD!

This is not good. So, basically you have to include them on the Division 2 teams to have chance of having them on the game? God, I was about to say how good the master league is, this is a disappointment
