Unlock PES Shop?

Are there are any options files that you can download that unlock the PES shop items? If yes would it be possible to keep my teams and players from my current option file?

You can download Georginho's latest one in the Editing section which has almost everything bought or mine which is for a patched game which has everything bought.

Not sure if it's possible to keep your players etc. Giggsy said there is a way to keep certain things. May be possible but not sure.

I got Georginho's patch and it hasn't unlocked anything, just updated the teams :-/

I, errrrrr....was just being stupid

I was just transfering the players wrong, I was doing it the wrong way round and trying to put players into unregistered slots, instead of filling unregistered slots with players (if you know what I mean).
