Unlocking Managers in MyClub

Guys,

I've looked through to see if anyone has posted this before but does anyone know how you can unlock top managers in MyClub aside from buying them with MyClub coins?

I am hoping Konami are not cheeky enough to make them only available with MyClub coins since those are hard to come by unless you spend real money?

Thoughts anyone?

You have to play lots of games and then they unlock a few of them and then play some more and so on.

I unlocked my first managers and it cost me 6k GPs for a 480 Manager so it's gonna get expensive as hell but at least you can do it without real money.
