hi guys,
i'm sorry for asking stupid question. i know this cant be. the problem is i dont have intent access..last year for pes2010 i got at my home, but i had cut its because of some salary budget management. i only play intenet at my office now. did konami make this year download content to usb??? i hope next year konami will brings the downloadable content can be tranfers to usb stick. very frustrated...

No, sorry. You need an internet connection to download content, and transfer /team updates* ( *called datapacks ) from Konami. Once downloaded, they install automatically. Before you can do this, you need to create a Network account.
For NON Konami stuff, ( like option files ), you still need an internet connection. Only way around that is if you know someone who can lend or post an option file on a USB to you.
