US PS3 Option File?

Hi everyone. One of many ex-PES players returning to the series after a three year exodus on the dark side. I've always been a big editor of the games, but since now I'm older and don't quite have the time anymore I'll be turning to the brilliant work of OF creators. As I live in Canada I need to find a US OF, could anybody recommend the best US OF created on this site, or steer me towards a US-based community where I can find complete ones? Seems like all the best ones are made for UK versions.

Also while I'm here, has anyone had experience using a UK version of the game on a US PS3 (or vice versa)? From what I've read the game itself would work but DLC could be a problem. I think that could be remedied by simply changing my profile to UK settings, but if anyone has tried I'd love to know if it works, that way I could get the UK option files.

I make a base option file for the US version of the game every year. By base I mean I just do simple things to correct whats wrong and update kits and names to make it look right. Then from there someone usually takes my file and takes it even further, adding other leagues and appearances and all of that. There will definitely be plenty to choose from once the game comes out.

Also live in Canada and, like you, thought it might be worth trying the UK version last time out to get the option files. This was PES 2011 and I don't recall having any problems with the DLC, the only thing of course was that if you play online you will end up on a European server, so the connection was not always the best (although MLO for the most part was still surprisingly playable).

Planning to get the North American version this time around as assume the online connection will be much better (only concern is the limited player based in North America) so hopefully a US option file will be available.

I live in the states and got the uk version of the game in 2009 and 2010. There are no issues with dlc when playing the uk version. I can't speak on playing online with the uk version here in North America as I don't play online.

I've read option files may not be region specific with pes 2013 and am in the process of verifying this. If true, it would be great for those of us in North America wanting the usual excellence of uk version option files :)

Is there a way to convert the BLES code in the game data to BLUS, or is it not as simple as that? What is the difference between the BLES and BLUS version of the edited game data?

I don't know much at all about editing. That's probably apparent to all.
