Very slow loading

Hey I only recently got the game, for me its very slow at loading everything such as teams emblems kits etc its really annoying and I remember in the previous games you could install game data to make it run faster but I cant seem to find any way to do it in this game.
Does anyone have any ideas on how what I could do?

I installed the game data so long ago i've forgotten how, and I can't find the original posts. Have you tried triangle (or equivalent) when on the game icon in the menu?
