Hey,i found the problem.after u download the option file,u need winrar to extract the file.aft that there will be 2 folders.1,is _macosx,the other is ps3.just copy the savedata folder in ps3 folder to your usb,den copy to ur ps3 console.thats hw i do it.hope it helps you.

I hope it is going to work without the Konami DLC. I do have the WENB option file though.

you mean you haven't even extracted the files with winrar yet? OMG m8! anywho that should fix it. atfirst I was getting a similar error message like yours except mines said "corrupted file" , I got around this by making sure the ps3 folder/savedata didn't have extra folders besides the OF,bypassing the downloaded extra folders(ps3-savedata). Anyways I hope u get it sorted, Cheers!

hi all
Someone suggested that you need original WENB OF as well as the 4th link on the download option. Ive downloaded rar for mac, ive downloaded the 4th link files. They look good - 440 folders in total, all with a name like BLES01021EST_FAR01 etc. ive saved these files into my usb folder (PS3,SAVEDATA).
should i have downloaded the original WENB OF for 01201 first?
again apols if this question has been answered but want to check before i screw up my game...

Yes i have extract the files with winrar.
no indeed the file says 'corrupted file' and the file is about 4kb, that's not normal 4kb
So what do I have to do step by step
well yah that ain't normal, the fourth download by itself is about 124MB. the fact is your ps3 can't see path longer than : ps3>>>SaveData. Somewhere in there you probably have : PS3>>SAVEDATA>>>PS3>>>SAVEDATA>>OF , which can cause the ps3 to show a corrupt file. Can you confirm that the your usb ONLY has the folders : PS3>>SAVEDATA>> then the OF group of files starting with BLES01021EEDIT And so forth.?

ps not sure about those wildcard teams though ;-) ...will have to replace them with the championship i think (which id already done with v basic kits so lost that but wont take too long to recreate)...wish someone would make the proper version with the same quality youve put into your file

BLES-21 Npower Championship OF anyone?

I believe that a Bundesliga & Npower Championship OF is the way forward! (for BLES-21).
As Rainey's 4th link DL for the Bundesliga OF is now available, an Npower Championship OF would (imho) would complete the game (along with Rainey's 4th link download), as the 'wildcard' league doesn't really 'float my boat'.
I'm currently playing BAL until an Npower Championship OF is available, then I'll start my ML. Even when playing BAL, I find it's a little annoying playing BAL, because when you play a 'wildcard' team in UEFA EL/CL, I feel it's unrealistic (I hope WNEB/someone else agrees with me!).
I'd hate it if I were to start a ML with this element still in my OF, it'll piss me off and I wouldn't play ML with the current OF as much as if I would with a Npower Championship OF!
So with this in mind, I'm gonna keep playing BAL until someone is kind enough to create a quality Npower Championship OF for BLES-21.
I hope the WNEB peeps understand my POV. (If so, PLEASE leave any DL info on this thread!!!)

So I made a map on my usb. PS3 and inside this map, SAVEDATA and then i extracted the files from winrar just the files starting with BLES01021EEDIT and the other files. But when the extracting is finished and I check on my pc, the problem is that my usb gives another sorting. its PS3 > SAVEDATA> WENB PES 2011 Option File > PS3> SAVEDATA > then the option files BLES01021EEDIT and so on.
is that the reason maybe it aint working?

u bes copy the OF files only to a temp new folder in your desktop, delete the extract crap in ur usb and then copy the files from the new temp folder to your SAVEDATA FOLDER on your usb. Did you visit the link i posted? they got the steps down to a sience! I always extract the files to a temp folder first and then just copy wot i need to the usb device.
