Want to play like Barcelona: which CM should I get?

I'm just about to start an ML with Atletico Madrid and want to play a possession based 4-3-3 like Barcelona or Spain. Falcao will be my CF (though maybe Altidore in the future) and I'm thinking my wing forwards will be Hazard and Lavezzi or Cavani (also considering Gio dos Santos, Mata, Dzagoev, and Iturbe for the future). My wingbacks will be Guardado and Debuchy. Of course the most important part would be the three midfielders.

Assuncao will be my DM for the first season and then I'll buy Toulalan. I read the whole recommended players thread and I think I'll look into Eriksen and Isco for the future (it might sound weird but I want to let the Barca players stay at Barcelona so they keep their style going throughout the ML) but for right now I need two good CM's in the mold of Xavi and Iniesta.

I was thinking my two CM's would be Moutinho and Pastore but then I found out that Pastore's ratings go into the 60's when he's put at CM. Does anyone know if he can be converted to a good CM? My next choice is Gourcuff (I'm a fan of all three of these players) but my concern is that neither is very mobile. I was thinking one of those two should be the more deep-lying Xavi type while having another CM who is more like Iniesta and can run with the ball at opposing defenses. The other problem is that Moutinho and Gourcuff aren't that good at passing (underrated in the game I think) and neither is young enough to develop much. Passing, technique, and dribbling are the most important stats of course. Who would you recommend that I get?

Isla can cover the 'Xavi' bit as he's only 23 and is terrific at times with his touch, passing and movement and also never tires out when he reaches 25.

As for the more creative spark (Iniesta), I'd say Tabanou who has everything a winger or CMF needs to be however he plays best out wide so a more natural choice would be Rasmus Elm who is a slower and less skillful version but can create acres of space to ping a pass out. Great for the long term and great versility
