can someone tell me why i can't use this to alert admins of offensive members? whenever i click on that little red button

i get the following message:
$bbuserinfo[username], you do not have permission to access this page.


too much stuff goes unbanned, especially people that come on here just to spam, these people need to banned but too often there aren't any admins around and these people get away with awful posts...

here's an example of a post by a user that didn't even earn him a booking:

come on, that should deserve a ban, it was directed at a long standing member nonetheless.

I've noticed this too, when I wanted to report some posts, not saying any names (Kairi, Mike stone, Fanny Lesbo)

So if Hitguy could fix it it'd be highly appreciated.
