This is a program to decrypt WE10's kit.
Read "Legal stuff.txt" before you use the program.

A very simple 'how to use' guide *

WE10 Kit Tool is a decrypter / encrypter.
Required tools: DkZ Studio v0.92b and Game Graphic Studio v6.6.1

1. Open your 0_TEXT.AFS with DkZ Studio v0.92b, extract the
required bin or strs (kit) files to a folder in your hard drive.
(0_TEXT.AFS team kits map can be found below. Thanks to jayz123)

2. Run WE10KitTool.exe, a small window with 2 rectangular slots will
appear on your desktop;

top slot = Decrypt kit files
bottom slot = Encrypt kit files

3. Open your folder with the extracted bin or strs (kit) files as an
open window on your desktop, from it drag the extracted file/s into the top
slot of WE10 KitTool (decrypt kit files) - It should read 1 files handled.

4. Run Game Graphic Studio v6.6.1, and open any of the decrypted kit file/s,
now you may extract/insert kits just like when editing PES5/WE9 kits.

5. Once you are done modifing save the kit file, drag the modified kit file/s
into the bottom slot of WE10 KitTool (encrypt kit files).

6. Import the newly modified & encrypted kit file/s back to your 0_TEXT.AFS
with Game Graphic Studio.

hi, I did the same as You had written in the post and we10kit tool gave the message 3 files handled ( not 1 ) is it good or not? If not what I have to do then?? I am total rookie in kit tools staff so You know!!! I am still waiting for good option file with all national and club kits but the time is running so I decided to learn something about this we10kit tool!!! help, peace out!!!

yes it's good if you have drag'd 3 files into the slot
meaning that from the 3 inserted 3 have been handled

(if you insert a file and it states 0 handled then we have a problem)

try viewing the handled files with GGS.

Hi Tyrvas. I am following this guide but the Tool Kit keeps saying '0' Files handled when i drag the bin to it, what am i doing wrong?

^^try putting the file on the bottom part and then again on the upper part, i was getting that at first too, i also had to convert the file to .bin

Many thanks I will try that.. also within 0 text afs the bin files all start 00 followed by three more digits. ie 00543

how do you find bin file 5433-5444 for example? bit confused.

Yeah had the same problem as well lol somewhere on the DKZ Studio on the right corner should be a drop down box, it lets you change pages, there should be like 9 so choose the pages until you find that one file.

ok first put a file on the bottom and then upper ( 1- encrypt area, 2 - decrypt area) it works thanks ar6entino but how open handled file with GGS??? I am doing it for fun maybe it will work, I can not wait for new whistle option file with amazing kits for club teams!! it looks very good!!! peace out fellows

I dont know how to replace the kits, thats where i get stock, i have no idea how to use the GGS, cuz i want to replace some kits, commercial boards, some league icons, but cant get that far.

any help?
