help

you getting a blank screen becasuse you need to add some dummy files at least 3gb as your dvd is fine i had same probs screen shows up then blank screen wait....another blank screen its because we made the iso from 4gb to 1.7gb theres a lot of space in the dvd so thats why its shows blank screen but if you put the same dvd to hdd on ps2 itll work fine as it did for me but if i play by swap magic then i get menus blank screens etc....try it

can you pls provide the step by step instruction how to add the dummy files into the patched disc,. it need the tool to do it? coz my ps2 doesn't load the disc without dummy file. thanks!

when i try to open the part 1, this msg appears:

ok i fixed it already....

could anyone tell me what cd/dvd-rom generator means from the first post because i used nero and i cant export any .IML

am i missing something?

EDIT: Fixxed as well. Done everything till the ISO maker part which i am not sure what to do but i went and put it over the slpm in the WE10 folder. I burned it at 2x and when i start the game, it just goes into my memory card...

What have i done wrong?

Ok... I found out abt the ISO and just put it on the desktop. then i unwrapped it and put the new file on the desktop as well.

I then made a DVD-Data disc using all the files in the new folder.

Burned it at 2x. Put it in the PS and guess what... memory card screen again...

Lol this is really getting me frustrated.... a little guidance?

FINALLY I have managed to get it working. My mistake was burning it as a data disc and not as a image disc.

It is a great mix however it is soooooo slow... as in some pages it lags like crazy but I think it is my dvd-r as I am using extremely cheap ones.

Do be careful with that you can ruin your laser using cheap discs ive heard better to spend the extra pennies on some quality ones TDK,Sony etc.....

Game are doing 25 TDK DVDR's without cases for a tenner which is a cracking deal at the moment, they are working fine with all my games.

k, this might be a stupid question, but i was just about to step into the scary world of WE patching. This year, especially with the WC, i couldn't wait for PES.

so my stupid question is, what is the major differences between KM and MyMY patches?

that is a good question....I think they're both similar...U need to find the difference by looking at what each patch offers and which one you like..depends on your taste..also you will need to Option file to make the patch complete.

Go to the tutorials section to find out how to patch with DKZ studio.

I just wanna say this patch is awesome~!
i'll admit, i chose KM cause it was easier to download

This was my first time patching a game. B4, i'd just get the option file or just wait for PE.
At first it was very daunting, all the stuff and programs i had to DL.
but i followed KM's instruction step by step, and after reading the forums, i thought to add a dummy file as well.
it took me hours to get it done, but as i was very careful, i got it down on my first dvd~!!
I can't believe all the translations, all the lil kit changes, etc. I wonder how many total hours it took km.
but i gotta say, as a first time patcher, it was the chants that were so surpriseing and cool to me~

I didn't add english comm. or the extra music patches out there.
Maybe i'll try that with mymy or wait till till a improved ver of the commentary.

i can't understand why ppl have such a trouble with this or so many ppl get bad dvds... its a lot of work yes, but if u follow the instructions, it's pretty straightfoward.

i just wanna say thank you and good job to km and all the other ppl who made this excellent patch

just curious, since it seems mymy has fixed em, what Would happen if i were to use mymy's option file with the KM patch?

both MyMy Mix and KM Mix patches have different player database,
as different people have modified them.

so each option file is based on it's parent database from it's patch.

if you use a different option file to the one originally intended,
you may end up with many errors, such as; double player names,
league & stadium name changed.....etc....
