For those playing the US version, I have uploaded a mini patch for Winning Eleven 8 International for PS2. It is just all of the kits replaced with the real team kits. You will find it on lomungtung.

Just use FlashFXP or some other ftp client. Connect to lomungtung, and the file is under the folders listed. Sorry, I misspelled the address.

Cool! I'm glad it works for others, but I think those who deserve the credit are those who created all the wonderful kits. All I did was put them in a patch.

BTW, if you would like, I'm thinking about releasing another update with 2 new balls by Spark and Yogui's v2 bootpack.

I gave up.. it keeps kicking me as well... And now I can't even connect because I have to many connections from my IP.... There are no connections from my IP /boggle

Ah well...
Maybe someone will dump it in a binaries newsgroup someday

I finally got the whole file this morning and when I tried to open it, the file was corrupt. I left it trying again this morning, hopefully it will work this evening. The transfer rate is very slow.

Any chance of putting this up as a torrent file? I will seed for a month if it's put up as a torrent.

By the way, how much does it take to convert all the other good stuff to the US PS2 version of WE8i?

Awesome!!! I'll connect tonight after my classes are done. 10pm Pacific Time... arrrgh!!! After I download I will seed for a month.

It's tough living in the U.S. and not being able to use all of these PSE patches that are out there. Thanks for helping us out.

On a separate note. How are you converting these patches? What would it take to convert some of the bigger ones? I'm wondering because there is a big patch coming up that focuses on south american teams, and I would love to convert this to the U.S. PS2 version. There's a thread on it in the General Editing section.

So far, I've only been able to do kits and balls and stuff like that. But what you have to do is extract the kits or whatever you want from a patched version of PES4 or WE8. I use WEGraphics Studio and AFS Explorer. Then you have to put the files for the kits and stuff back into the new WE8I dvd iso. It's kind of annoying converting from WE8 to WE8I because the kits are assigned to different files. But in PES4 and WE8I, the files are the same. The hardest part for me, is getting the patched version of the game in the first place. I was just lucky to find a rip of a patched version of WE8. For making the patch, you just use PPF Studio, and it automatically makes the ppf file. Then I use Edit PES4 for the option files.

Next, I would like to mess around with adboards for the stadiums, but I don't really know what to do, because the files are too big to insert them back in. It might require rebuilding the afs and iso's.

Good luck on making patches or converting them. I will help you out if I can.

hay Perfect Form you used in this patch PESFan V2 OF !? i have dl PESFan V2 updated OF to PES4 but i dont have some transfers update like mutu in juve, morientes in liverpool wtf ? where you dl PESFan OF ? or this lastest transfer you did ? :p

EDIT: i think i found this OF, it's a RiotV2 of ? :eek:
