WE9:i U.S. Release Date and Videos

IGN.com posted up their review of WE9. I read it and i kinda disagree with a lot of their complaints. They mainly focus on how the graphics and sound are just like WE8, completely ignoring the fact that the PS2 can only handle so much. Then they go on to complain about the lack of licenses, mentioning the editing mode very briefly. In fact i think it goes something along the lines of "There is an editing mode." We've all seen what the in-game editor is capable of achieving in PES5 yet they fail to mention anything significant about it. And finally, the reviewers called it WE8:Online because they say the two games are so similar, yet there are so many members on this site that say they had to completely change their style of play in order to be successful in PES5. i guess i shouldn't take this site(ign.com) too seriously, i don't really know their reputation so they could be morons. Anyways, check the link and read it if you're interested and let me know what you think.

Nobody plays WE for the graphics and sound.

In WE9(Jap) and PES5, there are two conspicuous errors in progamming.

1.empty seats at the front whilst the stadium is supposedly to be packed to the brim.
2.no rain and snow in the Master League.

So is WE9 Int any different?

In IGN's review, the guy who put the caption under the pictures used the words "this guy" to refer Henry-a very famouse player around the world, he definetly doesn'y know much about soccer, lol.

Yeah i figured these guys have probably never even seen a real soccer game before and all they know is FIFA, but i still thought their review made some dumb points about the game. And as soon as i get the game, i will let you know about the crowd problems, if there are any.

I call Eb games and they told me for sure tomorrow 02/08/06, I stop at waltmart for my psp copy and they told me later , waiting on the ups truck.

yeah i called fry's electronics and they said either later tonight or definetly tomorrow it'll be on the shelves, and gamestop said tomorrow also.

I know for a fact this game is gonna kick as and i will enjoy it a lot, what i meant in my other post about the review was that if others who might be interested in leaving FIFA and buying WE might change their minds after reading that review, but maybe i'm getting ahead of myself, no worries though, just one day left...

the emulator is supposed to work in Europe for PES5 so this leads me to believe that you're all set, who knows tho

I have a good feeling though, but I wonder if all I have to do is logon to xbox live and then be able to download that way or what website can I go to burn the file onto a disc so that I can run it? if you know I certainly appreciate it!
