Got the Game, nice, psp has not master league, I play ps2 and my first game level 3,

I have never played any real winning eleven before, only playing the FiFa versions for the past years. Finally got it and I can't believe how awesome Winning Eleven is. I;ve been messing around and I love it. I spent some time hitting freekicks with Ronaldinho and it was great. I tried to put in another option file from last year, and not exactly sure what to do with it, do you have to put the kits together, cause I downloaded the kits and all my kits are blank (aside from the ones with it) but I see all the emblems and badges, so i;ll wait to see if you;'ve got to edit it once it is on the game. Anywho this game is so much better that any FIFa i have played and I am more excited after 1hr playing than I have been with fifa ever. unreal.

well if you took a moment to look through this thread you would realize that there is a process in the works to create an option file editor that will let you turn a pes5 OF into a WE9 OF

but as of right now there is no way to do that so we are relying on people to make them and it is a lot to ask out of someone to have an option file done on the first day of having the game

Just got this game earlier today too, and it is amazing. I haven't played against the computer yet as my friend was over so we played against each other for a couple hours. I already notice free kicks are way easier to score in this game, i already scored from two free kicks out of about 7 or 8 games. also the animations are so smooth and the edit mode is incredible. well hopefully i'll see some of you online after i get some more practice in.

xbox,unmodded, action replay (I know you are working on the new option file, but I was just wanting to play around with option files.

All the names and squads are updated(start of season), and I see the emblems and sponsors, but do you have to put the kits together? People who have been playing WE for a while may think that not much has changed or it may have some faults, but coming from FIFA only like me, I have already had so much more fun over 2hrs of playing than FIFA for the past 3 yrs. I'm a WE snob no for sure.

To the people who have this game WE9 (US) can tell me if it has the exact same teams as PES5?
Im specially talking about Boca Juniors known as Patagonia and River Plate known as Pampas, because in the european version PES5 these teams were deleted to place more european teams like Rosenborg and a swedish team.

Could u tell us please if Boca or River are in these Amercian version of WE9?

Boca and River are not in WE9(US). The only South American club team in the game is Sao Paulo, but they are not licensed so you have to fix the name.

Are you sure about this? No Patagonia or Pampas? Well if its true what a dissapointment. Why would they take out teams when they should be doing the opposite which is to add more?
Instead they placed Rosenborg and a swedish team. Where did their brains go this time? I mean they even got Boca(Patagonia) 's stadium which is Gran Chaco and they dont even place the team? Strange.

Anyway, i would have to edit the teams.

Yeah i'm sure of this because i am editing the team names right now and i don't see patagonia. and konami do this every year, replacing teams rather than adding them, don't know why, but thats how it works for now.

I heard that La Bombonera was at WE9I, and it's kinda lame that there's the stadium, but not the team.

I am waiting for my copy, will arrive at around umm, end of the month probably.

yeah it's in there..but I'm not upset the team isn't
they made them so laughably bad in we9japanese that it was worse than not even having them
what they need is argentina's estadio monumental antonio vespucio liberti :rolleyes:

I just got we9i and am wondering if others have any input as to the comparison with the other versions
I've been playing the japanese version since sept and couldn't be arsed to play pes5 cos it was the same
I'm not expert but I think we9i is slightly better with the AI
I just find it much easier to keep possession in the midfield (granted I'm still playing on 5*)

Do the referees in winning eleven international US version make bad foul calls because its pretty bad in the japanese version...in pes5 they rectified this problem but i just dont like the jagged and 'non-smooth' movements of the players in pes5, so i would just like to know if the foul calls are the same as in pes5 i guess
