Follow my Tutorials on message #77.. Just rename every folder or file to 'WE9' instead of 'PES5'.

and when you get to instructions number 7 change it to this:

When done click 'Volume' button and type the following info;
(a) Disc Name type SLPM into the 1st box and 66009 into the 2nd box,
(b) Producer name type PLAYSTATION
(c) Licence Area select JAPAN as licence area.
(d) Volume: WE9

Instead of the PE5 instruction step. Everything should work fine for you (hopefully).

I manage to patch the pes5 with wemerica patch v1.0 (with the fixed sles for the english pes5) but i realize that in some teams like olympiakos,panathinaikos the names are messed up while in brazil,argentina the names are edited to the real ones.any ideas fellows?or simply i must wait wemerica v2 pes5 patch to see all players names edited?

i dont know why it is not working with me !!! this black screen sux...... i tried patching it with all ways , i am good in patching so i am sure i didnt do any step wrong !!! is it that my modchip 2 years old ? or that my ps2 is PAL ??? please someone help i am sure someone is experiencing the same prob!

You have intergrated the ISO format to WinRar as an associated type.

To remove it is quite simple: Run WinRar,

in it's main window do the follwoing;

Click -> 'Options' tab,

in it's drop down menu; Select & Click -> 'Settings... Ctrl+5',

new window appears; Click -> 'Intergration' tab,
you'll see several blue headings -

Check the list under 'Associate WinRAR with' (left side of window),
Click ISO's ticked box to untick, thus removing association to WinRAR.

Done.

let's start from scratch my friend. see if I can help you out...

My PS2 is PAL & it's modchip the 'DUO SE' is more or less
as old as yours and I have no problems at all with it.
(btw, do you know if you can upgrade your modchip? new firmware ?)

What tool are you using to extract the files/folders
from PES5 (with NetPlay) iso image?

Check all folders(not the files) extracted and compare to
original folders in your retail PES5 DVD see if sizes match.

When using CD/DVD-Rom Generator you must place the files
in the following order;

IOP {folder}
ROMLIST.DIR
NTGUI2EU.ELF
NTCNFBIN {folder}
0_SOUND.AFS
0_TEXT.AFS
E_SOUND.AFS
E_TEXT.AFS
F_SOUND.AFS
F_TEXT.AFS
G_SOUND.AFS
G_TEXT.AFS
S_SOUND.AFS
S_TEXT.AFS
OVER.AFS
SLES_535.44
SYSTEM.CNF
MODULE.AFS
BOOT.AFS
PES5NTSC.PSS
PES5PAL.PSS

click volume tab & type the following in the required boxes;
Master Disc Information
a) 'Disc Name' SLES(in box 1) 53544(in box 2)

b) 'Producer Name:' PLAYSTATION

c) 'Licence Area' (select) Europe

Volume Identifier
d) 'Volume:' PES5

then click 'File' tab, in drop down menu select; 'Export iml file',
save as PES5...

to create ISO use DKZ Studio's ISO MAKER located in 'Tools' tab.

If you've done as above correctly and it don't work then something
is surely wrong, maybe corrupted patch download files ?

omg it worked, a great tutorial by RoyalFlush, should definetlly be on the first page, I didnt think it was to hard to patch this way. really good.
i got some question thoug, the thing is that some names is wrong and some kits are messed up also cant i have all the original adidas boots back, should i use a option file for this to fix, if that so what is the latest scorps verison, anyone have a link to it? since i dont have a maxdrive, i think i should handle the bin way. thx again for a great patch

...the latest Scorp's OF ver I know of is v0.5 Updated
make a search, click -> blue search button above...

btw,
WEmerica should be releasing an option file for the PES5 v1 patch soon.
(as metioned in post 1)

WE9 patch v6 comes with it's all format OF V4.6
(default[no extension file], .xps, .max, .npo, .bin/.cue-> cd2mem)

i did it exactly in this way...same order same everything... i ve tried alot of other ways to.( i use dkz to extract)... i will try it on my cuzins ps2 tonight.. his is newer.. i think mine got wasted(i read befor that poor dvds weaken the lense)
