At last I got it to work, was having the same black screen problem. You basically need to open up DKZ Studio and open O_sound, O_text, etc separate, one at a time only. Select the patch heading in menu above and then select apply patch in image, then browse and select where ever your iso is located.
Once selected you'll get some message up, just select ok and it will begin to patch (takes a little longer than usual). Make sure you do this separately for each one! The last 2 files SLMp_660 and WE9_op wont show up by this method, so as you would normally, open up your iso and from DKZ Studio and import these two files SLMp_660 and WE9_op. That will patch those two files for you and you then go and burn and hopefully will work for you.

What To Do Next??
Hi Just want to ask is that, i need to patch 0_sound, 0_text, J_sound, J_text this 4 files individually right?? after this 4 file patching then i need to open the iso file using DKZ studio right?? then from there import the file SLPM_660.09 & WE9_OP.pss right? it will automatically patch itself. So after then which file am i suppose to burn?WEmerica30special30bin or cue file Or just burn the we9 iso itself?? Now i stuck here hope u can reply me ASAP & pls correct me the step if i done wrongly. Possible state ur step clearly for me can.... Sorry for the trouble..

I recommend you do the following,
In main menu select 'OPTION'...
1. 'MODE SELECT' menu select 'WE Data control',
2. 'Option File' menu select 'Option File', now turn 'Auto Save' -> 'ON'.
This will save any setting changes to your OF automatically....
Go back to main main and select 'MATCH'...
1. 'MODE SELECT' menu select 'Exhibition',
2. 'Player Settings' menu adjust as desired, continue...
3. 'Select Team' menu choose desired team, continue...
4. 'Strip Selection' menu choose desired kit, continue...
5. 'General Settings' menu change settings as desired,
NOTE: there are 2 pages, to change PRESS 'R1' or 'L1',
in page 2 you'll be able to change the players form ->
'Condition Home' & 'Condition Away' ('?' = random).
6. Once you finished next step is 'To formation settings',
make any changes you want here, continue 'Match start'.
After you finish playing the match go to back to main menu,
this will save all changes made in the 'General Settings' menu.

The patch works for me too. I use the v3 option file and I used bin/cue method to put it on memory card and it worked for me but there are still some player names in japanese. Especially the young promising players. Is there a way to change their names at the edit section??
