Thanks alot great patch. patched it the way wemerica said and it works fine even with the chapions legue intro and option file v 4.0, everything worked just fine =)

Good question m8,

I have made myself 2 versions of WE9:

1. WEmerica 4.0 US Final + Option File 4.0 Final
2. WEmerica 4.0 US Final + Maximo's Chants + Option File 4.0 Final

...the chants sound very similar to me.

Did not use 'Hawke's Kits Patch' as I find the one's from
'WEmerica 4.0 Final' very similar & improved as now the kit
colours in 'Uniform Selection' screen can be seen for all teams.

For example;
(a) 'Hawke's' Barcelona kit in 'Uniform Selection' is;
Home - all dark blue
Away - dark blue & black

(b) 'WEmerica' Barcelona kit in 'Uniform Selection' is;
Home - New Official Kit (one with red shorts)
Away - New Official Kit (luminous yellow top/black shorts)

...when selected both versions show New Official Kit in match.

Can anybody put only Option file somewhere (I already have v3.0), so I don`t have to do `torrent` thing to download it? And can Option file 4.0 be used like v3.0-without patch itself. Rapidshare, Putfile or any will be good...

can someone whose we9 works tell me how he do it please!..i dont know im making something wrong .. when i make the iso with apache 2 the iso files is 1.24gb and when i made it whit msdos it was 1.26, why that difference? and why the patched game weights less than the original iso??? I get the black screen too, why is that??

Black screen: WEmerica mentions that some PS2 models don't like the
patched 'WE9_OP.PSS' file, which is the champions league movie intro.

Solution: Use the original 'WE9_OP.PSS' extracted file instead
of WEmerica's patched one to create the iso image.

My patched WE9.iso is 1.23GB (1,331,130,368 bytes) according to file properties.

the 2 times i didnt put the champion league video...i hate that video...i leave the original one in the game...so, what more can be??

I tried to download this patch but with azureus the download didn't start and appeared neither! What's the problem?

I noticed last night when I was playing the game that sometimes you hear the commentary in JAP as well as English. Does anyone else have this problem too?

Do we need the option file for this patch? I used the option file with it, but not sure if I was supposted to.
