i start up the game and when i go to formations it just crashes completely

it has worked for 4 months perfectly before this

Mine always stops when doing the freekick training - the one where the cpu is telling you which button to press.

I've had this problem also and I reckon it's got something to do with saved replays. There are a few slots in which you shouldn't save anything! Can't remember the numbers of the slots thou.... Maybe 13 was one of them..? And 4..?

Anyways, just check your saves and delete them one by one to see which one is causing you these problems! Just delete one save and then go to the formation screen and see if it works..
