I got the lastest Wendetta patch and i start playing masters league
i was wondering where george best, escubio and lev yashin r
and if there r in the game how do i get them

You buy/unlock these in the PES-WE shop (in the main Options menu) for 150 PES/WE points each. Same as in the unpatched game.

Depends which option file you use. You can get one where they are already unlocked maybe.
