so does anybody know whether or not the option files on this website will work for the US release of WE:proEvo2007?

Also, I've never played online before. Do the option files work when you play online? Or does everything have to played on the default settings?

I think the option file being created by goalgerd and pategato is supposed to work with WE:pES 2007. Here is a link to the thread with more info on that option file. http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=46354

The way it worked with WE9 online was that downloaded option files, or even your own edited option files for that matter, did not work online. Both players have the default option files to avoid any cheating (making stats all 99s etc.). So I'm guessing its gonna be the same for WE:pES 2007.

Thats inaccurate. I faced, on a number of occasions, a stacked team. Gerrard, Ronaldinho, Beckham, Zidane, Cech, Shevchenko, Adriano, Stam, etc. all in the same uniform.. far from a default Op. File. Cheaters always find a way... always have, always will. Its fucking gay.

Probably not, only summer transfers. That's how it was when WE9 first came out in the states.

Well goddamn, that's weak. I've only played about 30 or so games online so I've never experienced that.

isnt there some option which allows people to play with their master league teams? if that is an option then it should be an inclosed area where only people who select this option can play eachother, because fags who like to make their team "star studded" take away the whole fun of the game and the joy of bringing up youngsters or the fear of loosing too many games, is it even possible to loose when all of your players are "the best". I'd rather have a team full of players under the age of 25 then have dinho and co. in my team. Ruins the game completely

Yeah there is that option, completely forgot about that. I agree with you though. I like to start my master league team with a bunch of nobodies and build them up

just so people know, the release date is the 6th, but that's the ship date...you probably won't get the game until the 7th...this happened to me last year and really pissed me off

good lookin out, man.
i'm kinda excited to play online for the first time. hopefully the lag isn't too bad. i have a downloaded copy of PES6 on my computer, and whenever i play in league or master league, it starts to lag slightly... kind of annoying. but whenever i play an exhibition the gamespeed is fine. i tried so many things to get rid of this lag, but nothing worked. must be the poor performance of my laptop. anyways, i'm looking forward to a smooth game when i purchase WE:pES2K7 tomorrow.

There's a US-Mexico friendly tomorrow? Man, they really don't publicize any US soccer here. Only match I know of tomorrow is England-Spain. I ordered my copy of the game at Frys.com yesterday.

Yeah I've been expecting to get it tomorrow. Just that futebol got me a little excited by saying he was getting it today.

And I know how you feel PeteROCK. I missed the US-Denmark friendly a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even know about it until a couple days after it happened. But no way I will ever miss a US-Mexico match.
