As the title of this thread, I've been playing Pro evo for years now, but I've never known what the arrows in the boxes mean, when your selecting your team, I've kinda always thought it was to do with your players form, but not 100% sure, could anyone let me know? Cheers.

i can remember on an older pes manual it explained it in detail, it increases ure stats or decreases by 5 or summet depending where the arrows pointin

its to do with condition.
If its on red your player will play a lot better.... be faster, pass better, shoot better.
If its on purple then he's probably not worth playing. Itend to drop players on blue and and purple because they don't play so well.

I've come to notice on this version of pro though when the player is on blue and I drop him for a game, the next game his condition is either blue again or purple. What I do now is 2 things:
1/ Before every game I 'regulate condition' on all my players that are blue/purple (de-select all the others).
2/ If they remain blue or move from purple to blue I try to put them on for the last 20/30 mins. Thats usually makes them ok for the next game.

Back in the good old days, certainly on ISS98, instead of arrows, they had animated Smiley Faces which were either happy & bouncing the equivalent to the 'Red/Orange Arrows' to a Smiley who was sobbing and shaking the his head the equivalent to the Blue arrows.
