What is the best PES3 update (English)?

I've just got an X-Port today and want to download an update, preferably one that concentrates on the English league (my team is Blackburn, they still have Dunn and no Emerton).

So I would like to know which is the best update to download, I've done a search on google and lookd at the sites recommended on here but it doesn't have any information about what the updates contain, I'm also not sure sometimes whether the update is for PES3.

This is the most up-to-date of them all and is definatly the best....

quick tip: if there is anything that u want to keep on your exsting option file and u have 2 memory cards put this file on your 2nd card and just copy all the stuff you want from Georginho's file onto yours using the 'edit data manager' .

Thanks Giggsy...only problem is that link doesn't work, says File Not Found or something, I'll have a look round the site see if I can find it though.

I reckon G's latest file is equivalent to pesfan V9.
