Is it possible for any player to develop cards like "talisman", "classic number 10", etc?
Or are these just player-dependent?

The orange cards are mainly based on how the AI controls that players & have very minimal is any effect when you have those players in your team. I dont think your player can develope them

S cards can be acquired through training whereas P cards are exclusive to certain players and can't be trained.
