Hey i just wanna what option file do you guys using right now in your ps2 pro evolution 5? I have not yet tried the edited option file because there are too many to choose from?Can u guys reccomend me one and tells us the feature in your option file...Come on everybody,share together!!!

That can't be done through the use of a max drive. Max drives can only be used to transport option files, which can only include real club badges, edited kits and boots, updated squads etc...all done within the in-game editor.

To have things like new adboards and balls you'll need to check out the patching threads in the PS2 & XBox Editing Questions section to find out what you need in order to patch and how to go about doing it.
