Huge blow to me for absolutely no bundesliga teams, and Bosnia unlicensed. same with Shakhtar. Also, why is Argentina and Brazil only two american team licensed? No paraguay?

That list is provisional. Most of the teams on there will be fully licensed when the full game is released.
As for the Bundesliga, this has been done to death, the exclusive rights are held by EA. They bought them 3 years ago, hence why the fake German team names disappeared. EA and Bundesliga threatened legal action against Konami should they continue to put fake teams with real player names, hence the entire league was withdrawn. I am afraid, you will all be needing an option file or editing patience again this year and I dont know how long the exclusive license will last either. You'd think they (Bundesliga) would be more than the French, Italian and Dutch league and just sell their license to anyone and long as they get paid for it!

Yeah its a pain in the ass but with the inclusion of more national teams means more Bundesliga players. At least this time I wont have to create Dzeko-Misimoiv- and the likes still though an exclusivity to a league is BS its why I dislike EA
Total agree. As I said before, the Dutch, French and Italian leagues seem to give their license to anyone who is prepared to cough up cash, so I cant understand the Bundesliga's stance on this! I believe the Prem has a similar thing with EA but allow Konami to have 2 teams per year (something to do with monopolies and mergers act?) but obviously this doesnt ring true in Germany.

^^^Contracts, they probably have a money contract, but to how long and can the little guy (konami) be able to beat them out??

YES ie a created Bundesliga will be available to use in its entirety in the Master league. Of course I wait till the 15th for this to be confirmed officially.
Yes it is true! Its been confirmed by Adam from WENB and others who have the review code! So at least the Bundesliga teams can be created and used in ML! I love this! Unfortunately there is only one empty league, so you get a mixed league after a couple of seasons when other european teams get from the 2nd into the 1st division :-(
Really hope so. But let's cross fingers for at least a couple of bundesliga teams from the start..

Cant you manually mix things up on Master league?
I plan to put MLS teams there sooner or later, and play the next MLS season manually put into the master league.

I don't, cause none of their names are anything like the fake names German teams had on Previous Pes games: Ruhr, Weiser etc

Yeah you can mix the teams how you want. What I ment is that if you play the english league for example you can create the english 2nd division teams so you won't have teams like celtic or galatasaray in your master league 2nd division. As for Bundesliga you need all the free teams for the 1st division teams so in ML you have clubs from around europe in your 2nd division which will climb up in the 1st year after year. That makes the whole experiance a bit unrealistic which is pretty sad.

You know what I wish was in PES:
Except one blank league with 18 teams, why not give us like 4 blank leagues with 20 teams in them each? That way, the option files wizards will make us 4 extra leagues!

LOL making the Bundesliga the way I wanted it took me nearly 3 months (keep in mind it was my first time editing an entire league)

LOL, the only league I have ever edit was English League.
It's easier than Bundesliga because players/teams/formation etc etc are already there
so yeah Bundesliga takes ages to make.

You also have to take into account that you walk the fine line in creating teams and trying to make them fit in with the pre-existing Konami teams. I did so much fine tuning to my BuLi teams to make sure I wasnt creating an overpowered league.
